I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sanur. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach and a variety of restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with no issues of mosquitoes or ants. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, offering to clean the room daily and providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were great, with a fridge, coffee maker, and kettle in the room, as well as reliable hot water and a comfortable bed. The affordable price and delicious breakfast options only added to the overall value of this hotel.
Nothing could have been better.

We booked a hotel hoping for a relaxing family vacation, but unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Although the location was described as close to the beach, we were misled as it turned out to be on a completely different place than we were told. This made it challenging for us to enjoy the sun and sand. the service was disappointing, with unfriendly staff and a lack of cleanliness in the room and bathroom. the recommended ferry to Lombok was also a disaster, arriving four hours late and at a different location than promised.
The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our entire stay.

The location was great, just a few steps away from the beach and restaurants. The room was also clean and had a nice view from the balcony. the staff was friendly and always willing to help.
Our stay was not perfect. The three-storey building had no elevator, which made it difficult for us to climb stairs with our luggage.

The hotel offered a great price for the location! the room was always kept clean and tidy by the friendly staff. Plus, it was really convenient to be able to make coffee and have a mini-fridge in the room.
The noise from outside was quite disruptive, making it hard to sleep through the night. And the balcony door wasn't properly sealed, which made it difficult to relax in the room.
